Perché imparare a massaggiare il nostro bimbo?

  • Perché il massaggio neonatale è in grado di stimolare serenità e tranquillità del bambino con risvolti visibili sul sonno, sui risvegli, sulla circolazione sanguigna, sul tono muscolare, le coliche gassose e la regolarità intestinale
  • Perché è uno dei sistemi più efficaci per coccolare e calmare il vostro piccolo e comunicargli quella sicurezza e tranquillità che caratterizzavano la vita nell’utero.

Nel massaggio infantile, il contatto fisico, prodotto attraverso il massaggio, è utile proprio per creare una sorta di continuità tra la vita intrauterina e quella estera.

Ci sono diverse tecniche di massaggio neonatale e hanno lo scopo di far apprendere ai genitori specifiche sequenze volte a rilassare il bimbo, a calmare gli eventuali primi disturbi fisici, come possono essere ad esempio le coliche o i disturbi del sonno.

Durante gli incontri, viene insegnata una tecnica che potrai utilizzare fin dalla nascita ed adattare alle diverse fasi di sviluppo del tuo piccolo con una ritualità che lui imparerà a riconoscere. 

Il corso è tenuto dall’ Ostetrica del MaternityLAB Daniela Pergola che darà ad ogni mamma utili consigli anche sull’allattamento sia naturale che artificiale.

E’ prevista una prima lezione sugli Oli Essenziali tenuta da Valentina Di Siena, Maternity Coach,meraviglioso strumento naturale da abbinare alle tecniche del massaggio neonatale. Imparerai quali Oli Essenziali sono utili per i disturbi più frequenti dei neonati, come diluirli correttamente e come utilizzarli durante il massaggio.

Quando iscriversi e quanto dura? 4 incontri con cadenza settimanale, della durata di 1 ora. E’ possibile iscriversi subito dopo il parto.
